Twistedz-CS:S - "Buffer overflow In Net Message"

Dust2 - eGO and Italy - eGO. When i go into those two servers, only those two, when someone talks on voice chat or more i either lag alot or i will lag and not move at all for a little bit and then get this message "Buffer overflow in net message". Also i have been noticing very bad lag in the servers. Another problem is some problem with my directx9 thing it says i dont have it or its messed up but i have uninstalled and installed directx9 and 10 many times but i still get the problem. According to this FAQ, that means you have a firmware issue with your router. See if it helps:

I have one too except I downgraded multiple times to multiple other versions. none escape the lag. it happens on every steam game I play.
