A very long time ago when I was in Leadership, we used to be able to generate variable dedicated supporter codes that people enter and it would grant them temporary perks related to DS, I think the max was a week or two, or certain individuals could do a custom time frame.

Regardless, we used these to supplement prizes during events, giving them out at community wide meetings, generate interest in our DS program and more.

Is this still a possibility? If it is, I would like to suggest the above.

Thanks.

+1, granting DS is a no-cost reward for our players. Additionally, with the new DS tiers we can also give this out to people who already have DS, just up their level one.

Overall a great way to introduce DS to a player at no-cost to us. Even with a 5% retention rate after the trial month is up this is still relatively pure profit.

Did this program go away with the move to Xenforo?

I remember we called it "DS Lite" which gave you 1-2 weeks, or maybe even up to a month. It was a great event prize and helped people get a feel for DS perks to see if they wanted to pay for it. People who try a product free tend to pay for it after the trial if they like it, and as Garrett said, it's essentially a free for us to give out. So this definitely as a +1 for me.

From Tech:

"there are a few people who can specifically give a subscription for a specific amount of time"
"We can manually assign DS for a specified amount of time."

Hmm, ok. Thank you.

Aren't there a bunch of people who won DS in various contests and still haven't gotten it?

People who haven't received promised prizes should send a message to leadership of the game that held the event. If no reply is received they can pm me directly, stating specifics of the event, and I'll look into it.

nah its ok mate

Not to get into Artimus Artimus conversation that has nothing to do with me, but why bring it up? I'm very confused lol. The only eGO shirt I have is the green one we have that's super faded I got when we had Zazzle(Is that still around?) and I still use it even though it's having a midlife crisis between wanting to be green or yellow or white.

The green hoodies were great! Zazzle is gone, and Legend is trying to move to a new service, but the Spreadshirt store is still active.
