I firmly believe that in the CS GO servers you guys have you should add the ability for people with DS to use emotes like this other organization called KZG (killzone gaming) who have Fortnite dances and other emotes for people with DS to use. another feature I believe should be added is the ability to vote to fire the warden like if he is being toxic or playing games no one wants people should be able to vote to fire the warden and if 100 percent of people vote to fire him he will be fired and a new warden will be selected.

Emotes could be a cool new thing added on the server but, personally, I’ve already seen these things and I really don’t like them. What I don’t like is that it’s useless and just allow people to brag themselves or taunt other players after they are killed… This is what I’ve seen and it just brought toxic behaviors in general. And the other thing I don’t appreciate is the hitbox. I don’t know about the hitbox when you shoot the body but for the head, it’s just impossible to hit the enemy sometimes. And I can imagine players using this issue to survive during a round… So maybe why not only during the LR’s for example but I'm not too keen on adding this to be honest.

And about the vote to fire the current warden, it’s a huge no for me. I can understand that some players are way too much toxic when they are guards and Warden. But there are the admins for this type of players who clearly break the rules and it’s often handled correctly. And if none of the admins are connected, you can always report the players doing those kind of stuff.
Plus, the main issue I can imagine happening is when a player takes Warden and that he is not really much appreciated by the majority, then the majority will proceed to fire him even if he does nothing wrong. I’m not saying that you can not trust the players but you can not trust everyone…
So allowing indirectly this kind of behavior is absolutely not something we want to see on the Jb.
I may be wrong about this but I prefer to not take the risk

-1, both suggestions are a hard no from me.

Cosmetics have been suggested a couple times before, and I'm against them. They provide confusion as to hitboxes, they can cause lag for people with lower end PCs, they use server resources that could be better put towards other stuff, there's no real point to having them, and the cons far outweigh any pros.

In terms of !votefire, I have the same reasoning to be against this as I do with !votectban. It can be easily (EASILY) abused and there's no reason to have it on our servers. !votekick and !voteban exist for the most extreme cases where there's no admins on and someone has committed a SERIOUS offense that disrupts the server in a way that it needs to be dealt with immediately. If someone is committing a minor CT infraction (overly toxic, played the same game first, etc), call over an admin so that they can deal with it accordingly, if none come then make a report if it's repetitive, or if it's a one time minor infraction, ignore it.

We should not be giving access to a command like !votefire to the general population as it only opens up avenues for abuse with little to no benefits.

I personally agree with everything being said here.

Being able to fire warden would be abused 24/7. This is a huge no from me

You ever try to join a Tango server and you take three years to actually load into? Wanna know the biggest reason behind the servers being shit in general? The **** load of cosmetics they have. Huge -1 from me ghost rider I like loading into a map in less than 10 seconds.

I once wanted the !votefire command, but as stated above the general population does not need to have access to that. I can name several individuals who would abuse the command for squeakers and other members of the community. Simply make a player report or befriend an admin or a member of LE and bug them when someone is breaking multiple rules and the issue will be solved that way.

Like everyone already stated, -1 for each suggestion. Cosmetics cause more issues than rewards.

Being able to fire the warden via vote would be abused and cause harassment for certain players. Younger players would almost always be vote fired as they already face enough harassment that has to be dealt with without the additional harassment of being fired every time they try to warden.

We had cosmetics before. Anyone who's been around a while will remember them. They were awful and I hated them the whole time. People would literally just take the afro cosmetic solely because it made it harder to judge where the actual head hitbox was. No.

Vote to fire would 100% be abused. Massive No.

Both of these are exploitable to the point where it just isn't worth it.
