ST and !teams

Detailed description of the bug
Earlier today, a CT killed an ST as he was a blue (blue T’s were to be killed). Upon further investigation, the ST was in sight of the warden when he created teams via !teams command and it caused his ST icon above his head and green ST player model color to disappear. In console it still showed the T as ST. Not sure if it was a one time bug. I will try to replicate it again
