Suggestion to change the vent on the boat, picture below:
Innocents usually break it and camp inside it.
My suggestion is to change the way it works, maybe make it as a t door.
Example:
Door(Trapdoor or a sliding door) on top and on the bottom. Only traitors can open it on top and bottom. Instead of having the invisible floor you have also a trapdoor (or maybe a portal) that takes you somewhere.
In such way innocents can't get in there and delay the round.
This was just an idea, the suggestion is really to remove that vent from the innocents hands.
