Starter tazer not dropping.

Greetings,
I have come to notice that when you use the shop as a detective and you accidentally buy a taser (key 4 which is sprint in innocent) your starter taser doesn't drop on the floor.
So example:
Your role is detective.
!shop [press 4] Bought taser with two charges.
No starter taser on the floor.
I think that instead it should be:
Your role is detective.
!shop [press 4] Bought taser with two charges.
Starter taser dropped to the floor with one charge.
Lets take traitors for example:
Your role is traitor.
!shop [press 3] Bought M4s. Previous weapon dropped to the floor.
How to replicate the bug. In 4 easy steps.
1. Open CSGO & Enter "connect 74.91.113.113:27015" on your console.
2. Choose a team and patiently wait for detective role.
3. Open shop & press 4.
4. Look down and you don't see a taser getting dropped anywhere.
