Hellooooo, I just started playing your guys' jailbreak server on CSGO, I made the mistake of shooting the stack of Ts and I got banned for 12 DAYS!!!, I was wondering if I could get it lifted im pretty new and didnt know what would happen. I have alot of fun on your server so it would be much appreciated. Thank you!!!<3

Yep, look for a red icon with a number on it in the top right corner when you check the site. (Where the alarm bell icon is, to the left of "search")

As mentioned, check back tomorrow - most people are asleep at this time of night and leadership handle stuff when they are available.
