!rtd gun reward and nade rewards not dropping

Detailed description of the bug
Whenever I type !rtd and win a gun from it or grenades from it the next round I have it in my hand then it just disappears and I can’t use it.

i couldnt get a clip of it happening cause i didnt win a gun in any of them and the nade one must only work for molitov but its definetely a big issue and you can ask alot of other people and they will probably have had this happen to them but ill keep trying tommorow to get one cause im tired af
