Delivered command to cancel coinflips

It would be beneficial to add a command like !cancel for cfs you either dont mean to send or dont want to wait for the person to respond.

Sometimes, when I send a cf, I have to wait 4 minutes+ for a person to accept or deny and it's no fun, would be much easier to just have a command to cancel the cf

Also for ppl who dont mistype a cf amount they could cancel

Not very important I just think it could be helpful

+1 I would like this to happen because most coinflips happen instantly but when they dont it takes 5-10 minutes for them to see it, so instead of waiting that much time, we would cancel it and just go on to the next person.
