Delivered Thirdperson when applying hats

As the name of the thread tells you, you should allow a third person when picking a hat. For example, this mod still works but makes it so you are in third person when picking a hat. I am not sure if there is a way to make it so you cannot move it, so people won't abuse it. Or maybe make it so the third person is in the OG spot so players won't abuse it. not sure if y'all can make it like that or not, would love to see yall add this to the servers. This mod also supports editing the hat placement.

Great suggestion!

As a Dedicated Supporter its frustrating not being able to see how a hat skin looks on you. We just have to find a way to balance it to where it cannot be abused. Maybe adding a cooldown or only being able to do so at the start of a round? (Depending on Server)

General Changes

• Added third person view when choosing !hats
• Restricted !hats to DS
