After having returned from her time off sopheyy was a storm when it came to getting work done. She became an Admin Trainer to help with rules, helping answer concerns and questions that the players may have had, and Training new admins. She then moved to become a Server Specialist where she worked the best she could to get Surf from the bottom of the hill to the top. She was then promoted to manager of surf with the dedication and hard work that she put in. With the work she put in she was able to smash down bugs and issues that surf had such as fixing zones, adding new maps and then adding a brand new server which was the Advanced Surf server. She was an amazing manager who would go out of her way to help anyone that would ask for it, at the end of her reign she was even helping out other servers such as Jailbreak and TTT. She would always be happy to help other regardless if her schedule was already busy. For the hard work, dedication and time she has put into making the community prosper we would like to congratulate sopheyy with the Platinum commendation.

With this amazing news of her getting the award, it sad so say that someone so dedicated has decided to step down from her duties as Surf Manager. When it came down to it she did the work and was reliable and trusted to get done even on her own. She stepped in wherever it was needed and seeing someone like her go is a loss. Seeing as her run has come to an end we wish sopheyy the best in her future and hope she succeeds in what she decides to pursue next.

i want to give a shout out to the surf community. these guys put all their faith in me and trusted me to get the server back on track - and they helped me every step along the way. i could not have accomplished what i did without them. so the praise should really go to them.

sofie has been and will continue to be the best manager I've had the privilege to work with. She has pushed hard before and after she was promoted to manager. Before being promoted to manager, she joined surf with little knowledge, was open to learning, and always tried to help us surfers. She took the initiative to learn how to use striper and fix all of the landmark issues present on almost every map on the server at the time and then would go on to add lasers wherever they were needed. When she was promoted to manager she became our way to communicate with tech and converted our surf speak into words. I have never met someone so dedicated to doing something once they knew it was an issue and it needed to be done. She would always make sure that work was being done on the servers and would make sure we always had something to do (until we did everything). Overall it has been a pleasure working with sofie and congratulations on the platinum commendation. <3

Good to see someone who's been around for so long still willing to go the extra mile to try and make a server and community better. But I always understand when people want to step down or away from the position (having done it several times myself now lol).
