So what is MultiVersus?
You can click here: MultiVersus to read up and download the game from steam or you can just search up MultiVersus in your steam store.
MultiVersus is a free-to-play platform fighter that lets you team up with your friends in 1v1 or 2v2 combat with a Nickelodean twist. There are characters from our childhoods like tom and jerry and they even include some DC heroes like Batman. The game is only 5gb I believe so you do not have to worry about it taking up too much space.
The mode which we will be playing will be the 2v2 variation. Where a team has to get 4 knockouts to win a round. The games are going to be best out of 3 rounds so everyone has a chance to come back if they mess up. I recommend trying it out before the tournament so you can get a feel of what the game is like.
Tournament Structure
We will be running this tournament as a single elimination bracket, so if you lose a best out of 3 round game, you will be eliminated from the tournament. However, you can still stick around and watch to see who wins or just run a couple of fun scrims with the other people that lose, while the rest of the teams try to fight for the #1 spot.
So how do you sign up?
Its simple!!! I suggest doing one of these two things to sign up and take part!
Either, you can grab a partner, choose a team name and sign up together or you can simply sign up alone and we can pair you with another member that has also signed up alone. That way you do not have to go through the trouble of finding someone and we can find someone for you!
Example of how to sign up ~ Comment down below your team name and your partners name or if you are solo you can just say something along the lines of "I'm in" "count me in" or anything else that will make it clear to me that you want to take part but do not have a partner.
Example of a team with a partner: Jayy + Architect = KZGODS
Example of a solo player: Count me in!
