California. I've been all over the world 2x and the weather and micro climates are incomparable. Hawaii is second.

colorado because out of state drivers hate the snow here

I'd 2nd Colorado, Denver/ Boulder area. Everything is pretty accessable by public transportation, it's always sunny , bike friendly and i want to try to bike the path ways there, people are generally friendly and the obvious thing you do in Colorado ofc, but I'd go back again some day.
