People not spawning with Knives

Detailed description of the bug
People sometimes don't spawn with knives.
This appears to happen on all maps.
There seems to be no prerequisite or reason as to why it happens, it just happens to a random guy at the start of a round. Appears to be T only but who knows?

It's been known to happen if you use !gang custom knives. If you're using one, try disable it. The issue likely won't happen anymore.
