Did you like the movie Man of Steel?

In a chat with a friend the movie "Man of Steel" came up. He reminded me that many didn't like the movie. To this day I just don't understand that. I honestly loved it more than any Superman movie. I loved the struggle within both protagonist and antagonists as they were both saint and sinner. In them I saw humanities struggle. The human struggle to become the hero over our own demons and doubts. We are our own saviors and we can strive to save them all. What's not to like about that?
