Clarifying question, what are the perks of being in this gang? What should I expect from management and higher-ups and the 2silly leadership. Are there any benefits, is healthcare included, What about life insurance policies? Dental is a big must for me, And would I be able to add my wife and children to my policies. Paid time off? Gang team building exercises? And of course is salary negotiable. Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond all my concerns and I’m excited to hear back from you asap

We're proud to offer an unlimited PTO plan with a required 1-month sabbatical after 2 years in the gang. We have an employer-sponsored life insurance plan available for all full-time gang members, plus the option of adding spouses and dependents.

In the way of gang activities, you can enjoy the amenities of the 2Silly Gaming Compound: football (the right-proper one), cricket, table football, etc. Bi-weekly all-hands meetings are great for Q&A across the entire 2Silly Ecosystem. Our LAN center, 8 conference rooms, daycare, and gym are fully stocked with snacks, drinks, and 2Silly's Secret Gamer Juice (patent pending). We also have contracted with Nando's and, a friend of the gang, Chef Gordon Ramsay to provide a full-service restaurant for all 2Silly members and plus-ones.
