With the lack of British people in the senior level team, we've gone ahead and brought up a very dedicated Manager to a Senior Manager position, one who would be able to satisfy this need. This individual has been a major contributor within the CS LE team and has always been the go to manager for questions and concerns for our admins. This Manager has been a huge help in the AT Team for a long time and it is only fitting to finally promote him.
