hi im HELP on my main account but my account got vac ban and was just trying to get a name change to get my help name back

Log back into your original account on the Edgegmers site, and make a post in the Contact Leadership forum to request they change your new Steam account over, if that's what you're talking about. However, you'll want to bring along a pretty good explanation as to how you got VAC banned.
