I am an =(e)= for the CoD4 division. Am I allowed to wear my ranking tag in the CS:S server? Or do I have to apply for that?

There is a transfer section. Post in that and you should be set

I'm meaning like would I have to drop the CoD4 division to be in the CS:S division or am I allowed to be in both?

You can be in all of the divisions of eGO at once, you just have to apply for a transfer in them. Its not a "transfer" per say, just a way of knowing that you play in other divisions as well
