McPizza was 100% a thing. I remember it as a kid - don't think I ever got it but, it existed.

Got axed cause it takes too long to make a pizza so, doesn't mesh well with trying to meet drive thru times these days (which is often the highest priority of fast food places).

Supposedly a McDonalds in Florida might still be selling it.

It does. I moved out of Florida but they have a two story famous McDonalds that has a bowling alley on the second floor. I think it’s off International Drive.
