Short description of the bug
Bomb defused even though the wrong wire was chosen.

Detailed description of the bug
Player used quick defuse option and chose the wrong wire but the bomb defused anyway instead of exploding. Never seen this before.

It might be that they manually defuse and the prompt's still open after they've successfully defused it.
