Disabling Language Bar

Ok well once I wanted to see what the language bar was, so I turned it on. Once I saw what it was, I turned it off, and next time I rebooted it came back. Now everytime I reboot I have to re-disable it. How do I fix this?

go to control panel
open regional and language options
click the languages tab
click "details"
click the bottom, left button for "language bar"
uncheck the top box "show language bar on desktop"
click ok
click apply
click ok
click ok

there ya go
