Steam down a lot for you?

Seems like Steam keeps going down then comes back up in a few minutes, then it goes back down again. Does anyone know whats up?

It's not steam that is the problem for me, the new update came out and it won't let me in servers

when steam is down and friends list is down it just means they are updating something.

Today as I bought the CS:S and Gmod package, while it installed Gmod, the Steam connection was interrupted and the download was paused, but I could still play online in CS:S.

Steam Still uses Windows ME to host their servers.

Ok, this happens to me every once in a while when I log in. When it happens, I just try it again and it's perfectly fine.
