How mad do you get when you play tf2?

I dislike elements of randomness in most games, for example, crits. Nothing pisses me off more than randomly dying because some scrub missed his target and his crit rocket goes flying through 3 rooms and hits me as I walk around a corner. Other than that, I have a lot of fun!

I really hate people who are like "Let's have fun today." Then when they lose or get dominated they're like "OMG I'M SO SERIOUS NOW ROFLOMGMUDKIPZ" I experienced that in the only 3 days I ever played TF2.

As much as winning is awesome, the game only loses its fun factor when people begin to yell at you for small mistakes such as an uber deployed too early when actually, you were being set ablaze from behind. It's really a fun killer when people say "my team sucks, ______ sucks, etc." It's all about fun, and while competition is fun, too much just ruins it for everyone.

When that happens, I usually just type "TF2: SERIOUS BUSINESS?!?!" into the chat, and possibly leave if it doesn't get any better. Then I go play some console games.

I can't say that I've ever been mad while playing, though I certainly have become frustrated or annoyed. But when I do get frustrated I remind myself that soon the tables can be turned. How many times have I been headshot or taken a crit rocket to the face? More times than I can remember. That's frustrating. But then again, how many times have I ubered a pyro and we've gone on a rampage? Or been a demo and blown up 4 guys at once? So you see, it all evens out. I know that I could just as easily be the guy doling out the frustration as being on the receiving end. So if I am getting frustrated it makes it that much sweeter when I can go do some heavy damage to the guys causing me that frustration.

Not going to lie, I yell a lot. I get mad. Not going to lie. Nobody here can honestly say they don't get angry when they play TF2. You can't tell me you haven't had a moment where it seems like nobody is doing any kind of work to try and win and you keep dying because nobody is helping. Everyone gets angry sometimes. Nobody is perfectly happy 100% of the time. It doesn't happen.

^Truth.

I get mad when I miss a shot that I should of had, etc. Just happens. Or when a pyro shoots you with a flare gun! >:O

But yeah we all get angry from time to time. Not so much when we lose, but yeah.

I get mad when the same person kills me with the most ridiculous shots. Like a crit sticky from 1,000 feet away.

I'll put mine in steps :

1. Get Crit Rocket In My Face

2. Take Out Stress Ball From Desk (Yes, I Actually Keep One In My Desk)

3. Squeeze It

4. And Put In Back In

SIMPLE really !

I used to get upset, especially when my team or the opposing team found out i was a girl and would intentionally gang up on me (more in battlefield, but there are some not nice people in tf2 as well). But, ever since i joined eGO, i've had very little problem and just try to have the best time i possibly can.
Yep, i still get super frustrated (esp when a certain sniper is dominating me INTO THE GROUND), but it's easy to chill out and be respectful on our servers since everyone else is too!
Also, i remember that i'm there as an example, so if i do get mad once in a while, it's very simple to turn it into a joke that the whole team can enjoy.

You're right for exapmle today in Turbine or Warpath I was trying to snipe and you kept hs'ing me. I got so mad dude. I'm never sniping against you again ^^,

I only get mad when I'm running to dispenser, but still get killed by flames.

Too mad

I definitely get too mad playing TF2. It's 100% connection related. I just CANNOT handle it when I "die" in a lag-freeze/warp situation 30 or 40 times a day. Today I was sniped on the battlements of 2fort while retreating to my spawn; on my screen, I was already IN spawn.

That aside, TF2 is an awesome game to play and the only other thing that gets me mad is being stomped by the other team b/c half our team is AFK. Given our awesome admins, this almost never happens.

Edit: Hrm, so apparently that wasn't the only thing that makes me mad. I also get mad when multiple engies build in their OWN sewers on 2fort. Everyone who plays 2fort enough knows that you will always lose doing that. I think people do it to farm points, even knowing that the team will do poorly for it.

I really don't get mad when I play TF2. Losses and deaths are unavoidable, and all you can do is to learn from them. You can learn lot more from losses/deaths than you do from winning all the time. It is not fair to mad at your team either. They are here just like you to have some fun. Most of the time, they are doing their best to win just like you do. Of course, I do get frustrated here and there. When I get frustrated, just say GG and try another map.
