As Lucas15 has pointed out, you can request to have your forums name (your in-game name is set to match your forums name) changed by going to the URL that he linked. If you are having difficulties using the in-built name change setting (e.g. username is already taken or otherwise), you can create a Contact Leadership post. Marking as Not a Bug.
