I honestly don't know how to fix it ;_; I think it's an issue with shadowplay trying to capture my surround sound and translate it into stereo? I've tried looking stuff up before but to no avail. It bugs me too cause it's definitely not how it sounds in-game.

Edit: Are you by any chance using surround sound headphones to watch the video? Apparently if you record a video using surround sound and then use surround sound to play back the video it causes this issue. Switching my headphones to stereo mode seems to help a good amount, although it's not perfect.

I believe I am. Hmm. What device type does TF2 think you’re using? I think I had a similar issue when I had it set to headphones but when I changed it to 2 speakers it sounds normal

Thank you, that seems to make it better. I had it set to 7.1 before. If I can keep it on 2 speakers and not lose too much surround sound in-game I'll definitely keep it set on that. I'll run some more games and get some more clips and see how they come out
