Counter-Strike Not Planned Allow Votekick for excessive delay and rdm

I think we should allow votekick for players who are not just delaying but camping meaning they stay in a small hidden area where they're hard to find. One example of this is when snizzzle was camping in a attic and rdming any player who climbed up the ladder while everyone has to spectate him hiding in a corner. I can understand not allowing a votekick for delay but camping is more serious from of delay that I think we should be allowed to kick for that.

That is up for a votekick if he/anyone rdm's 3+ people. To quote from a talk I had with blank recently "only use them for cases like Racism, Mass RDM, Cheating, etc". Obviously should try calling an admin first on simply rdm'ing stuff.

As Hinata (past me) said, these commands should only be used in extreme circumstances only, and that pretty much won't change. You can always try to call over an admin through cross-server admin chat (&message), or create a report if that fails.
