Counter-Strike Delivered Fix the gang cap

Currently, several gangs have double the gang space than gangs that are newly made, resulting in an unfair advantage for older gangs.

This results in newer gangs being unable to even compete with the older gangs because they have half their size.

I'm suggesting that we increase the gang member capacity to what the older gangs have (whether its 25 or 30 idk)

+1, I definitely think this would be a relevant add. As per tests I've done regarding the Gang Cap on Players, I've come to notice it is 25/25, so it would definitely be relevant to add a higher cap.

+1, Doesnt make sense why the higher gangs have more spaces. Should be easier for the lower gangs to get a higher ranking.
