Every member of Council MUST be able to do 100 one handed pushups with either arm.
Every Council member is known to have had sex with the possible exception of Slayr. We don't count the thing with the deer.
Kendle paid $26,000 to John T to become a Council member. He did NOT have to do the pushups.
Every member of Council MUST be able to down 25 beers in 4 minutes and walk a straight line.
