What is the scope of your bug report?
CS:S Rotation
Short description of the bug
Auto team balance not working
Detailed description of the bug
This is on the rotation server and not dust 2. When teams get imbalanced on the rotation server 14-10 or 12-15, there doesn't appear to be autobalance evening the teams out. Just get a bunch of players on both teams then have several go to spectate. Within a couple rounds the teams should be evened out (within 2 players).
