Proposed Policy: Implementation of a new rule for counter-terrorists in the game "Jailbreak"

Objective: To enhance the overall gameplay experience by ensuring that all counter-terrorists are paying attention to their surroundings.

Details:

  • If a counter-terrorist is killed by another counter-terrorist by starting a game, the dead counter-terrorist will be removed from their role as a counter-terrorist
  • The count-terrorist that killed the other counter-terrorist isn't punished in any way for doing so and is in fact encouraged
Rationale:

  • This policy aims to improve the overall gameplay experience by ensuring that all counter-terrorists are actively participating in the game and paying attention to their surroundings.
  • By removing players who are not paying attention, this policy will help to promote a more fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
Implementation:

  • The policy will be implemented immediately upon approval.
  • Continuous monitoring will be conducted to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the policy.
  • Admins please don't flame my thread.
Expected Outcomes:

  • Increased participation and engagement from counter-terrorists
  • Improved gameplay experience for all players
  • Reduction in incidents of players not paying attention while playing as counter-terrorists.

I appreciate the detailed post but im not sure how well it'll work given CT's need to give consent to be killed by a guard in another game. If they get swapped after losing, I fear many won't even participate to begin with.

This idea may work when the server is full, however, at times when the server isn't full there may be a lack of CT's and swapping the only ones who are willing to be on the role won't be beneficial.

One last thing, it can be something hard to enforce as well. If an admin isn't on, does that mean the loser has to manually swap themselves? I see that being an issue and people getting toxic over someone not swapping after losing if an admin isn't on. If there was a way to automate this, it may work but for the other reasons given above, im not sure if it's worth.

CT's shouldn't be playing T games, and hence shouldn't be killable by other CTs. If you see a CT playing a T game outside of LR, feel free to report it.

Marking as Not Planned.
