it could very well be an issue with valve that the tech team hasn't been able to fix yet, but, id recommend contacting leadership through this forum for a more definitive answer

max is correct with contacting leadership, we have seen an issue similar to this so it could be an easy fix. its possible in game your DS wasnt properly set, a very rare bug

In addition to what max and Majesty have said above me, I recommend including as much info about your problem as you can while contacting leadership or reporting it as a bug, including but not limited to what occurs or does not occur when you use !ws, what you expect to occur, if you get any errors (in console or chat), whether you have a skin configured for the weapon in question in your inventory (this only applies if you're able to run !ws and configure it, but the skin isn't working), and other such information that may be helpful in narrowing down the cause.
