Would anyone be in favor of recently played map cooldown to be longer ?

I play quite a lot and I am seeing the same 4 maps 3-4 times per day. It is frustrating and there is a TON of better maps available.

It's been raised multiple times in the past- even recently, and in my opinion it's currently in a good state. You see people pick the same maps because they are maps that are enjoyed, and stopping people from playing maps they enjoy would be bad for the community. The current nomination cooldown is fine at however long it is (I don't really remember what its at rn), you just can't expect to play different maps on high-pop.

it was originally at 9 raised to 12 but people didn't like that so it was brought down to 8. I believe this is a good midground considering how long each map is and plus people can RTV anyway

We almost certainly won't be raising it any higher considering CS LE want it lower :^)
