Counter-Strike Not Planned Prohibit pursuing vents from the armory at the start of the round

So basically, I've seen a ton of times the CT's pursuing the vents from armory at the start of the round. I remember some admins told me it was not allowed and some say the opposite...
It would be great if the CT's are prohibited from doing this. That would be more RP and more fun.

Maybe it's in the rules I don't really remember to be honest

What stat are you claiming that 30% of rounds end by default? Would not a round going to time be at fault of the warden, and thus be a CT loss?

Rounds that are 1 minute don’t happen too often, only during late night/early morning when there are < 4 players online. I would call them statistically insignificant.

Removing rounds where there were less than 4 CTs results in 5092 rounds won by Ts and 989 by CTs (giving us a 16% win percentage).

Most of them are probably when Ts run down the clock in LR, which blame could go either way on that. I lean on the it should be a tie or CT win if clock runs down during LR side (if it's round time running out, T win ofc)

Looking a the stats for when there are at least 4 CTs, LR happened 2836 times out of the 6081 rounds, and Last Guard happening for 3543 of the rounds. In other words, you are more likely to get to last guard (58%) than LR (46%).

So not only do Ts win according to the end win screen, they also win in the cases of last guard and last requests.

T's getting LR is still a T win though? running down the clock or not the CT's have the responsibility to stop that to win

Tie makes no sense imo
