Delivered Print list of nominated maps, when the nominations are full

If you try to nominate a map when the list is full, currently you get this message > [MCE] The maximum allowed nominations has been reached.
It would be nice if you instead get back something similar to this:

4. jb_amongus_ego
5. jb_arcade_b6
6. jb_atomic_b7
