Ts being able to heal on hns kinda defeats the purpose of lowering their hp to 25 at the start.
Don't know if this is intended but if not move it to bugs I guess.

Then whats the point of lowering HP to 25? Might as well revert the change then

Actually I think we'll keep this. It's a bit of a risk reward from finding a good hiding spot vs running to grab HP. We'll see what CS LE say.

nah CT's have 300 HP its not a big deal

and t's gotta wait for the time to run out before they can even get the HP

I personally think its fine how it is right now, CT's already got 300 hp and speed during this day. T's can either choose to get a good hiding spot with no health, or camp a health station when the timer runs out, but not be in a good spot.
