Im wondering how you can get player models like the banana

If you're talking about a custom player model that you saw someone using, it's probably a map secret. A few maps have a limited amount of buttons you can press to get a custom model. Outside of those specific maps and managing to get to the button first, you can't get a custom model. If you're talking about something you saw on someone's face, that's !hats.
