CSS Dust2 Dust 2 is still awesome

Hey all, not sure why I decided to hop back on CSGO/CSS but I'm glad I did. I don't normally play Counter Strike but when I do, I go to the servers I know and enjoy and lately I have been really enjoying the Dust 2 server. After years of playing some other pvp games and also single player games, I decided to boot these up and check it out here again.

Just a bit ago there were several regulars I've come to recognize on the server and also a bunch of O's on, everyone (well at least the T's lol) was having a good time, playing the game, (actually winning lol) and chatting it up. It was really nice to see new people and also a couple of familiar oldies. I definitely felt the same sense of community and belonging, and the fact that it has remained is probably really why I will always stick around. Hope everyone is doing well

It's always been a nice, good, steady spot any time I've gotten the itch to play CS:S for over a decade. Same deal here. Rare I play, but when I do, it's my go-to.

Yeah it was fun haha, i also did hop on rotation for a little while and got to see the old Highschool map

I get really confused when people talk down on Dust2 like its a great map and will always be a CSS Hallmark map. TBH I prefer Dust2 over any other maps but thats just me and my old soul talking lol. Newer generations like new things I guess XD!

I totally agree! Although Dust 2 had to grow on me first. Imo Italy and Office are up there too, but I'm sure a lot of people would disagree
