Counter-Strike Not Planned Surf suggestion

Suggestions: examples given on link if available

1. Surf:
   1. Credit System - kind of like how JB has credits with the gangs, cf etc. Creating a reward for the community being on the server
   2. Race - I know this was previously mention but I think its a neat idea to allow individuals to race maps for credits if that option is added
   3. Model skins - based on credits
   4. Gangs - Just like in JB, allowing the community to compete on completion of maps, time records, group placement, etc.
   5. Funny Effects - allowing individuals to give other players funny effects (E.G. drugged) if the selected player allows this, based on credits (like !lr). (Initially set to no so that new players in the server are not immediately drugged)
   6. Music player - Allowing music to be played to all players (mutable option) to "vibe" with each other as they surf
2. Map rotation:
   1. Selecting a rotation of maps (not the most popular ones) that given a desired selection of time will rotate in and out of the map rotation. (e.g. 20 maps on the JB server are removed from the map selection and every week 5 of those maps are rotated out). I understand this will require additional work for the team but it has the potential to increase different map play time, creating prestigious records for surf.

These are a few suggestions I have thought of over my time being here. They may or may not be an improvement for the community, but I thought I would share. Would love to hear your thoughts.

2. Map Rotation - I think the current map pool is fine and does not need adjusting. Every map is someone's favorite!
3. - Some jailbreak maps have custom models as secrets already!
