[TTT] DS Colors not setting properly, if at all

Detailed description of the bug
After the last live push I noticed that my DS colors were changed, I was able to change mine back fine but most for most other users, nothing occurs when they select their colors

So what I could get from was that the color purple isnt setting right at all, its just setting the Team color as the chat color all of the other colors are working fine.

I noticed this on JB as well. For me it takes a couple rounds or even a new map before the new colors change.
