Not Planned TTT Detective Skins

Title says it all.
Allow detective players to use their equipped CT agent skins.

Detectives already have a D floating above their head so they're easy to identify, why not let the player use their CT agent skin?

Not recommended for T side though.

I agree with this also, last thing we need is people kosing off peoples Skins.
