Anyone here play some MMO's? If so what are you in game names

My in game names

--Guild Wars-- = Exterminate All
--World of Warcraft-- = Bramin (Kirin Tor Realm)
--Age of Conan-- = Slysia (Wicanna Realm)
--Silkroad Online-- = Frap
--RF Online-- = Frap (Played for like 2 hours, then uninstalled)

Guild Wars.. Ah Guild Wars.
Its been so long since I played it, I still have a warrior that was made one month after the games release. 3 year is coming!

Anyway, I have 15k gladiator armor for my warrior, 10k armor and a perfect storm bow for my ranger, and droks armor for my minion master and my monk

My monk also has a perfect offhand and perfect weapon

Awwww yeah.

I can't even begin to go over the amount of time I have spent in GW. I have a lvl 20 in all classes or professions and 15k for each. Currently I'm title farming to reach the 15 title mark with my ranger. I'm at 13 atm.

Btw My name in GW is Beist Maighstir.

I don't know, but I've started to dislike MMO's. I just think most of them get way too repetitive after ahwile. For now, I'm gonna stick with FPS games.

I logged 2+ years of WoW.

the 40+ hours a week i spent raiding/farming for raids was great and all but it get redundent. SSC killed it for me.

Guild Wars
World of Warcraft
Silkroad
Raycrash (it died sadly ='[)
Priston Tale
Gunbound
Survival Project
Dofus
City of Heroes City of Villains
RF Online
Lineage 2
D2
Cabal Online

I've played a few MMO's in my time. Love'em all.

WoW - Klayton (anvilmar) So excited for the Lich King Beta
Guild Wars - Sir Klayt (I think, too long since I played)
Dungeion Runners - Klay7500 (Haven't played in ages)
Star Wars: Online (cancelled account)

That's just a few that I can pull of the top of my head.

Used to play World of Warcraft. However, once I hit lvl 70 it got old quick. This is basically what happened when I hit 70 and was in a guild:

Guild Leader: "Hey, you Kara tuned yet?"
Me: "Nope."
GL: "Ok, you haven't been on much the past few weeks, so I'm gonna have to kick you from the guild."
Me: "Ok. Good luck with guild. Have a good one."
You have been kicked form the guild.

Didn't want to put the time in the game, so I just canceled account. Kinda waiting on Warhammer Online now.

The one and only MMO I've ever played and probably will never play again.... Runescape. Pathetic, I know. I dont like MMOs.

I guess I've got you all beat. I've played Ultima Online from Beta until May 2007... I have a Seer account that's open until 2028. Also, I was one of the most respected and hated pvpers ever to grace UO.. =) I played by a couple names: an dex monkey, dwn wth vwls, ab-, Aquabat Bob, Captain Dirtnap... and many, many others. :D

hehe - don't worry Deja...there are a lot of us who oldtimers hiding in the shadows ;-)

I played Gemstone (oh that's right - TEXT BASED BABY!!) from 1994 until about a month ago, where I finally put my account on hold for a while. I may try to get back into it in the next several months...I miss the friends I made. Just hard to continue dumping a monthly fee into something I just don't have the time to play.

been playing wow (world of warcraft) from beta, atm my "homeserver" is wildhammer pve eu.

Also been trying mmo's like:
-guild wars: didnt really like, kinda same as wow, and not much new, well didnt play long, bought and threw it to carbage box after few days ;s

-dark age of camelot: My few irl friends had been playing this ugly game for few years so they got me on to it, well didnt like.

-runescape: well.. java based game.. well.. was playing it few years also when was younger.. but when wow came out, stopt playing this.. idea of game, click billion times a second and u are the winner.. well that was before rs2.. and now rs1 is only for botters so, heh

I've played one MMO in my life time, that would be WoW. Played for 2 1/2 years, but I quit last August.

Very glad I did, I was playing easily 40-50 hours a week last summer.

I will never go back to an MMO ever again, too addicting for me and definitely a waste of time.

Conan looks pretty interesting, and I'd love to give it a try. But I refuse to pay monthly for a video game.

I play EvE online, and have been playing on and off since 2003. I love its ruthlessness and pvp mostly. lately due to my economics and business courses, I have taken an interest in the market and economy side of the game (which is all (well almost all) player driven, something not found often in mmos). In fact the a professional economist is employed by the games company to study the market (which is roughly based on a Hyper-capitalistic model), and releases reports and trends and statistics every few months. Since playing the markets ive been able to make billions of in-game currency.

PvP wise the game exciting. There are very real losses, from a few "bucks" to literally billions upon billions resulting from the destruction of a very large capital ship or other expensive assets.

Basically, it appeals to me in many different ways.

I started in EverQuest and played that for many years. Since then, I really haven't found anything that's held my interest for as long. I've bounced around from WoW to FFXI to CoH to EQ2 and even short bouts of EVE, Guild Wars and Horizons (oddly enough, that's the game that broke me of my EQ habit despite only playing it in beta and not liking it terribly much).

I refuse to play any MMO's untill they finally release a MMZO: Massive Multiplayer ZORK On-line :p

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
