Detailed description of the bug
after the first server restart at around 11 am cest, the server keeps restarting every 5 minutes. unsure when it stops. possibly when both the beginner and adv server are scheduled to restart at around noon cest
theory has not been tested though

Woops.. our restart schedule just had something set wrong.
