Can you upgrade the sentry? It dies pretty quick, and once it's gone I found it nearly impossible to get another one built. Maybe I'm just really bad at the game?

No, the SG can't be upgraded so Snipers kill it pretty easily. To build stuff you use the spanner in the top right of the screen. Its an ok game but I'll stick to sapping them in TF2.

I believe that hitting the SG only heals it.

Man, spies are pesky in this game as well!
