Hey, I made this flowchart to help those who may not be so good at troubleshooting fix their game. It also applies to other games, and hopefully it will help you solve yours.
Verify Game Cache Files:
Right click game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify
Defragment Game Cache Files:
Option 1: Use Windows Disk Defrag utility
Option 2: Right click game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Defragment
Advanced Launch Options:
Right click game -> Launch options
