I Say Hooah!

4 Years as a military musician - yes I know it's not as cool as being a submariner or a Presidental Helicoptor crewman, but its still the Army. Big Hooah! to all my fellow GI's here, it's nice to see so many!

Same here :) I served 6 years as a National Guard musician for the Army from 2000-2006. HOOAH!

A personal thank you for those who have and are still serving your country. It's great to see you guys on here!

Us Navy 6 years. 2002 - 2008 Airdale (AME), VC-8, OMD Iceland, VP-47, CMO-2. And I have a little sand behind my ears as a squid with 2 tours in the sand box.

Nice to see we have such a big military appreciation and back ground.

Well, posting here since I was asked to. xP

I'm wondering if I'm qualified for this. I was in The Finnish Defense forces, in an Anti-Air Battery for a year (2008) and came out as a corporal and am currently in reserve. The thing is that here in Finland it's compulsory for every man over 18 years of age to go through a military training. So I basically didn't enlist on my own free will, although I had nothing against it, since it's the law and nearly everyone ends up going through it.

USN Submariner (SU) 16Mar09 - Present. I never thought this thread would reach 14 pages. Everybody who has joined before me is definitely the motivation that made me want to join.
