Yes and no. Over the years we’ve done a few mass unbans. These generally coincided with large rule changes or big changes in how we admin. Not just a server release. Many users who weren’t welcome in the community continued to not be allowed back.

I haven't been here long, but from what I've seen maybe 40% of perma banned players deserve to stay perma banned. The other 60% are negotiable. That being said I agree Luna , if they want to be unbanned they should appeal. While looking at appeals when cs2 releases (assuming the bans coincide with CSGO ie. Gta bans stay in place) they should be looked at with more leniency. If after given this chance to redeem themselves they see it fit to get perma banned again. Then I can have no remorse for them and it may be time for them to find a new place to play. Just my 2 cents.
