A lot has happened over the last 9 months; I lost a pet, learned a new insturment, and recognized my own bad habits and took steps to become a better, more mature person.

In February I had lost my calico cat (Zanny) to lymphoma and that had sent me down into a spiral. I became bitter and spiteful towards everyone around around me, online and irl. I put up a facade and cut so many contacts that I had not spoke to any of my steam friends that I had made before 2018. I pretended to be a person I wasn't, it got so bad that I pretended I was an entire different race and picked up a culture so far offset from what I truly was that I was starting to believe my own lies about myself. In April I had met a girl (shown), she was incredibly perceptive and saw right past the fake face I had created and in that she had helped me come to terms with who I really was. She had shown me that running away and building up walls to feign feeling "better" was the worst type of self sabotaging I could have done and helped me tear down said walls. We moved in together in in September and although my family were.. apprehensive to say the best, we made it work and made a life for her and I. In between these events I had picked up playing the bass, an instrument that I had wanted to play for as long as I can remember. Most of my idols are bass player (Flea, Tony Levin, and Les Claypool). While learning the bass, I had also taught myself how to be patient with myself and others.

This last year has been a wild ride, and I wanted to update people on how I've truly been, thanks guys.

TL;DR I was a terrible person after a bad even, become good person.
