JB - Cycle Grenade not working

Detailed description of the bug
I use my keyboard to switch between my weapons, knife and grenade, as I have my scroll wheel bound to jumping.. I have 4 bound to grenade (Cycle Grenades).

However, only on the JB server doesn't this not work. Pressing 4 does nothing. It won't let me reach my grenade to throw. In normal CS2 matches, 4 works fine.

Here's a video, but it doesn't show a ton, as I can't take out the grenade.

also an add on- you can pull out a nade if you only have one and only a knife as well by pressing Q

Not quite sure what caused this, as I have also experienced this. It appears this issue has been resolved through various updates.
