Backup Usernames?

I see that a few of the people here get to like create their sort of nickname or rank under their name and some do not. Like Wally's is Wall-e and Kendle is firebringer. I was wondering how to do this and if regular people can't do it, can we get access to? It would be pretty cool to put our nicknames in there. Thanks, Blinds.
